Cranberry Salsa

This tart salsa is a welcome suprise to your usual cranberry sauce! Serve it over a spreadable cheese, with chips, or as a side and watch it disappear!

  • 2 – 14 oz cans whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • ½ small yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, mix all you ingredients except the lime and salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the lime into the mixture and salt and pepper to taste. Yep, that’s all folks!
