Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is one of those things that people "ooh" and "ahhh" over, but it is really quite easy!

  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, drained, and pressed dried
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Mix all cheeses in a large bowl. Add spinach, artichoke, salt, red pepper, and garlic and mix well. Grease a baking dish and pour in your mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and serve with tortilla chips. Thought it would be hard, didn't you! Easy and delicious!
