- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Salt to taste
- You can garnish with cilantro, or even add some in if you like!
This recipe works best if you have a food processor but if you would like to caveman it with a mortar and pestle, knock yourself out!
Drain half the liquid from the chickpeas. I would chop up your garlic so the processor doesn’t have to work so hard (respect yo machines!) Add all ingredients to food processor and put on high until mixture is smooth and light in color.
