  • 1 bottle of Woodchuck Amber Cider
  • 3 Tbsp level, packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp butter
  • heavy pinch of cinnamon
  • 4-6 peaches
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream

Pour your Woodchuck into a skillet (it doesn’t thicken well if it is in a small sauce pan) and turn on heat to medium high. Add brown sugar, butter, and pinch of cinnamon and stir often until sauce has reduced by half or 3/4. Set aside. It will need to sit for about 10-15 minutes to thicken before it is ready to pour over ice cream and peaches. *Hint: If you wanted a way thicker sauce, in a small bowl, add 1 tsp corn starch and 1 tsp of water and stir, then add to the sauce and bring to a quick simmer.
Clean and oil your grate and get your grill hot and ready for grillin! Cut peaches in half and remove the seeds. This will leave a little pocket for your sauce to settle in. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon and place them with the meat side on the grill. Leave them for 3-5 minutes, or until they have slight grill marks, and flip them. Baste them with your sauce, filling the center cavity. Let them cook, keeping them basted, for another 3-5 minutes. When peaches are ready, plate them and serve them with ice cream and drizzle them and the ice cream with your Woodchuck reduction.
