Healthy Banana Ice Cream

If you look at the ingredients of ice cream and only see one ingredient, you know it is probably good for you stuff!

  • Bananas
  • Optional add ins:
  • peanut butter
  • honey
  • cocoa powder
  • vanilla
  • nuts
  • cinnamon


Slice a banana and place it in a seal-able baggie. Put it in the freezer for 3 or more hours. Once frozen, place the banana slices in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add any ingredients you like. Eat it like ice cream!
