- 2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 cups (about 16 oz) your favorite Jam or Preserves
Preheat the oven to 350. Mix together your oats, flour, brown sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add butter and mix until combined. In a 9x13 pan, grease or spray well, or use parchment paper all the way up the sides, and press half your mixture into the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. Spread your jam evenly over crust, then crumble the rest of the crust mix over the top. Bake this for about 20-25 more minutes, or until the top looks bubbly. Let cool before serving.
