- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3.5 oz box of instant pudding mix (we used pistachio)
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham pie crust (homemade or store bought)
Mix your cream cheese with a hand mixer until it is creamed. In another large bowl, mix your pudding mix with your sweetened condensed milk. Add all of the pudding mix to the creamed cream cheese and mix them together. The order is important, because otherwise it won’t come out creamy. Once your ingredients are thoroughly mixed, spoon your filling into your pie crust. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then enjoy your super easy, yummy cheesecake!
