- Olive Oil – about 2 tablespoons
- 4 large carrots (or about 8 or so oz), peeled and cut into fries
- ½ tsp salt
- Heavy pinch pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400. Drizzle a cookie sheet or large baking dish with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Layer your carrots onto your pan. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic powder, then drizzle with about another tablespoon of olive oil. With your fingers, toss the carrots around in the seasonings, and then put them in your oven. Cook them for 25-30 minutes, or until they are at a desired doneness.
Tip: If you want to go healthier, use cooking spray, but they won’t come out as crispy.
