Summer Pasta Salad

This is a clever take on a classic pasta salad that is as easy to make as it is tasty!

  • 12 oz package cheese tortellini
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 6 -8 oz can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 3-4 oz round pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • ½ tbsp wirstershire, then more to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, then more to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Boil your tortellini according to package directions, drain and put it in a large bowl, then let it cool in the fridge for about an hour. Add all the rest of your ingredients to your chilled pasta and toss. Taste and adjust your sauces and salt and pepper to taste. Yep, that is it, folks!
