  • 4 blocks of ramen noodles, any flavor, flavor packet discarded (or you can add it to taste)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella or 4 oz softened and cubed cream cheese, your choice
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli or peas, optional
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese or any cheese you want to top the casserole with
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs, optional

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Break up and add in your noodles and let them cook until they are just shy of completely tender. Drain the water from the noodles and stir in both cans of soup, garlic powder, and mozzarella or cream cheese. Preheat your oven to 350. If you want to add veggies and any of your seasoning packets, go ahead. Pour your ingredients into a casserole dish large enough to hold all of your mixture and pour it in. If you want a crispy crust, mix your cheese and bread crumbs together and top your casserole, or you can just top it with cheese. Put your casserole in the oven until your cheese mixture is golden brown, or your cheese is melted. For extra crisp, turn on your broiler and let it crisp for a few extra minutes. Pull it out of the oven, let it set for a few minutes, and welcome to the cheapest, yet delightful casserole you will ever have!
